GINSENG HARVEST

After a minimum of four years in the ground the harvest process begins. The shade structure is removed, then we use custom made equipment to remove loose dirt and straw covering from the crop. Next, digging machinery is used to filter the dirt from the root and transport it to the cooling facility, prior to washing the root, and preparing for drying and consumption.
